Ticketing Information

With great excitement, Apple Tree Pre-School BSD is proud to present to you a Christmas Celebration entitled “My Christmas Wish”. We would like to inform you about the ticketing system. The ticket can only be purchased via online, and you can choose the available seat with maximum 2 tickets/student. The online ticket selling will be done separately for each session. You will need the Apple Tree account to do the online ticketing. Kindly contact our Admin staff if you forget the ID and the password. Please pay attention to the following information:

On-line Tickets:

  • Session 1: 19 November 2025
  • Session 2: 20 November 2025
  • Session 3: 21 November 2025

Off-line Tickets:

  • Day: 27 November - 28 November 2025
  • Time: 09.00 am - 12.00 noon

Ticket Exchange:

  • Day: 04 December - 05 December 2025
  • Time: 09.00 am - 02.00 pm

Ticket Price

Rp. 250.000 / ticket (valid for ONE person)

  • Session 1: 08.30 - 09.30AM
  • Session 2: 10.30 - 11.30AM
  • Session 3: 12.30 - 13.30PM

    • On-line Tickets

    Steps to Purchase the Tickets:

    • Log in to Apple Tree Software - http://bsd.appletreeps.info (browser only - best view using Firefox)
    • Select Ticketing Menu -> Online Ticketing (Student)
    • Select Event -> My Christmas Wish
    • Refresh your browser to see the available seats (coloured set means unavailable)
    • After choosing your seats, click BOOK
    • Confirmation Online Booking will be sent to your registered email & my Apple Tree
    • Do your payment maximum 2 hours after your booking to secure your sears (We will release the unpaid seat)
    • We will not accept any booking by phone or WhatsApp, to avoid double booking
    • Confirm & send the payment proof through our WhatsApp 0888.1800.900

    Note:

    - If your child performs in two sessions, the seat will still be booked online, and you only need to pay once.
    - Children aged 6 and above require one ticket
